Fixing Typora Input Lag Issues

I'm using Microsoft's built-in IME with Typora version 0.11.18.

The issue is that after typing with the input method, there's a brief lag before the text appears in the software, especially when typing quickly. My document only has about 14,000 characters, but from what I've searched online, people experiencing lag usually have 100k+ characters.

I've tried disabling GPU acceleration as mentioned in online tutorials, but it didn't help...
